While we need to put bread on the table, the dough is not the end all be all of the work we do. Our growing success in providing services requires that we make a profit, but that profit is only one of the measures of our work.

Using Balanced Score Card influenced metrics, we also look at the quality of our referals and testimonials, the quality of our output, the quality of our working relationships with one another, and work/life balance.

Work is work, and often that means pushing through some hard problems, but if we're not helping improve your quality of work life and maintaining and improving our own, what's the point, really?
